To order on-line visit www.buyyouryearbook.com.Click on "Buy Your Yearbook Online", Select State and City; Highlight Smith Elementary; Set up account to place your order with Jostens. Print off your receipt for your records. To send a check - please complete this form. Checks are made payable to Alberta Smith PTA. Your envelope should be returned in your child's Shark Folder. Show your Smith spirit and wear your Smith T-shirt!! Don't Forget To Visit The Ways and Means Page for many opportunities to raise money! |
Many Still Are Not Alberta Smith Elementary PTA Members...
We are a long way from reaching our 100% membership goal and we need your help! A lot of children only had one parent join the PTA and we would love to have both parents/guardians join if possible. It is only $5 per member. Please send in ASAP with your child in any envelope.
Each class that gets 100% membership will get a free ice cream treat. Only two classes so far have reached 100%. In addition to the class ice cream treat, if the entire school gets 100% we will have a membership ice cream party for everyone, parents included!
If you see your class needs some help to reach the 100% goal please consider joining a second parent, relative or neighbor. Thank you.
